By accessing or using the Indibaba marketplace and Growth Engine services (collectively, the “Service”) operated by HONCOINDIA, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use the Service. Sellers must provide accurate GSTIN, PAN, and identity verification data for KYC review. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that fail KYC or violate these terms.
All marketplace orders are protected by OrderShield: buyer funds are held in escrow with Razorpay until shipment is confirmed; escrow releases on buyer confirmation or after a 14-day default window. Disputes are adjudicated by Indibaba operators; refund queueing happens automatically on buyer-favouring resolutions.
Growth Engine subscriptions (Starter, Growth) auto-renew monthly or annually via Razorpay. Failed renewals retry three times across approximately seven days; after the third failure your tier downgrades to Free. Accumulated PAYG credits survive downgrades and never expire. Cancel any time to stop the renewal — you keep your tier until the current period ends.
You agree not to (a) use the Service for unsolicited bulk messaging in violation of TRAI / DLT regulations, (b) impersonate other users or violate any third-party rights, (c) attempt to gain unauthorised access to other tenants’ data, (d) submit fraudulent KYC documents, or (e) use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HONCOINDIA disclaims all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Our liability is limited to the amounts paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email to all active accounts at least 14 days before they take effect.
