What we’re building

Indian B2B sales has lived in a tangle of WhatsApp forwards, manual quote PDFs, and trust-by-handshake. The tooling that exists is either bolt-on (CRMs that don’t know what an RFQ is) or international (built for a US SaaS world where DLT compliance and GSTIN verification don’t exist).

Indibaba is the marketplace + Growth Engine in one tenant-isolated workspace. Find buyers in the marketplace; close deals through OrderShield-protected escrow; then nurture every contact with campaigns, automations, AI chatbots, and outbound voice — all metered transparently against a single wallet.

The company

Indibaba is a HONCOINDIA product. We’re a small, solo-founder-led team based in India, shipping fast and staying close to our sellers. Most of the platform was built in the open with focused phases — each surface (chatbots, campaigns, voice, webhooks) ships end-to-end with admin tooling and seller self-serve before we move on.

What guides us

  • Tenant isolation by default. Your contacts, your suppressions, your webhooks. We built the multi-tenancy primitives in the data layer, not as a service-layer afterthought.
  • No vendor lock-in on the AI. Switch your chatbot LLM from Claude to GPT to Gemini per bot. Switch your voice realtime provider per agent. You bring the personality; we plumb the wires.
  • Real escrow, real disputes. OrderShield holds buyer funds; disputes are adjudicated by humans on our side, not arbitrated by a buyer-favouring algorithm.
  • Pay for what you use. Per-second voice. Per-send campaigns. Per-token chatbots. Refused-mid-flight if your wallet can’t afford it — no surprise overage bills.
