We collect (a) account data you provide (name, email, phone, company, GSTIN, PAN), (b) KYC documents you upload, (c) marketplace activity (orders, RFQs, quotes, messages), (d) Growth Engine data you author (contacts you import, campaign content, chatbot conversations), and (e) usage telemetry (IP, browser, pages visited).
We use the data to operate the Service: route RFQs to matching suppliers, settle escrow on orders, send transactional emails / SMS / WhatsApp, dispatch your Growth Engine campaigns, train internal abuse-detection models. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Your contacts, segments, suppressions, campaigns, and webhooks are isolated to your account at the SQL layer. Other sellers cannot see them. Indibaba operators can access tenant data only through audited admin tools for support and abuse investigations.
We process data through trusted providers: Razorpay (payments + escrow + subscriptions), Twilio / MSG91 / VoiceLink (telephony + SMS), SendGrid (transactional email), Anthropic / OpenAI / Google (AI providers when you select them for chatbots or voice), and LiveKit (voice media bridge). Each provider has its own privacy terms; we send them the minimum data needed to fulfil your request.
You can export, correct, or delete your data at any time through your account dashboard or by emailing privacy@indibaba.com. Deletion requests are processed within 30 days; some audit records are retained for the legally-required period (typically 7 years for tax/payment audit).
We use functional cookies (auth, session, preferences) and minimal analytics. No third-party advertising cookies.
The Service is intended for businesses and individuals aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Material changes to this policy will be notified by email to active accounts at least 30 days before they take effect.
